Logan, near Menu Foods. A pursuit followed and the deputy found the two vehicles in a ditch in the 1300 block of Road 160.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities arrested 18-year-old Dylan Mangus for reckless driving and marijuana possession. The other vehicle was found empty, but around 12:40a.m., it was reported that a train traveling east hit a person about a half-mile north of the original crash sight. The man was dead when authorities arrived at the scene.
