Photo credit Matthew Siddons \/ Shutterstock.com<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!--more-->The accident occurred at around 11:45 p.m near the intersection of Routes 635 and 636 where the CSX train loaded with coal derailed. The passenger in the Windstar, identified as 33-year old Jason H.
