Author: MITCHELL, S.D. — Two BNSF locomotives that were traveling east and hauling an empty 85-car freight train derailed at about 12:15 a.m. Wednesday, Sept 19, just west of the Burr Street railroad bridge in Mitchell, South Dakota.
